Terms of Service

Effective Date: 1 June 2025

Thank you for choosing Panda AI. By using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Scope of Services

Panda AI provides one-stop IT services including, but not limited to: domain registration and setup, server deployment, business email, website development and maintenance, logo design, social media and news management, SEO optimisation, contact form notification integration, and custom software development. The specific scope and delivery standards for each engagement are defined by the agreed quotation or service agreement.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are denominated in Thai Baht (THB); foreign-currency figures displayed on the website are indicative only — the final invoice amount governs. • Payment terms are stated in the quotation; projects typically require a deposit before work begins. • We reserve the right to withhold or suspend delivery until payment is received.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for: • Providing all required content (text, images, product information, etc.) in a timely manner • Ensuring that materials provided do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights • Reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within agreed timeframes Delays caused by late provision of materials or feedback by the client are not attributable to Panda AI.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of the website, logo, and other deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. • Where the client opts for a maintenance plan, source-code handover occurs only after all outstanding balances are cleared. • Panda AI may showcase completed projects in its portfolio with client consent.

5. Website Maintenance

The maintenance plan (฿3,000/year) covers 3 content updates per year. If the client chooses not to renew, we will deliver the complete website source code; no further technical support will be provided thereafter. Issues arising from client-side errors during the maintenance period will be assessed and quoted separately.

6. Suspension & Termination

Panda AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where: • A client defaults on payment • A client requests content that is illegal or violates regulations • A client engages in abusive or bad-faith use of services Clients may terminate services with 30 days' written notice; fees already incurred are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Panda AI is not liable for: • Service interruptions caused by internet outages, server failures, or third-party platform issues • Losses arising from incorrect information or delays on the client's part • Indirect losses, loss of profit, or reputational damage Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the relevant service.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any commercial information, client data, and technical solutions obtained during the course of the engagement, and not to disclose them to third parties without written consent from the other party.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a website announcement. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
